This is a pretty standard line, I think. Check-raising all-in has a lot more value than leading out again, where you're beat much more often when he stays in the pot.

The only time this line may not be good is if he's on the timid side, since he'll often take a free card when you're ahead.

You aren't really inducing a bluff, though, unless you think he is highly likely to be floating.

Your line smells like you either whiffed or are afraid of bigger overs, and you'll be reluctant to fire again if you think you might be beat, given his propensity for aggression as shown in the prior hand. If he has anything at all here he's betting, so he's betting with nothing as well...I like.
