6 handed 2/4 game

Villain has 373, I cover

3 limpers to me in the SB with KhTh and I complete.

Flop is Jc 9h 8h, giving me the openended straight draw, and a flush draw.

I check (?) planning to check-raise (?). Co min-bets, button calls, and I make it 25.

He min-raises to 46, and I push.

I struggle with these hands. I know I'm often the favorite on a flop like this, but if I don't get it all-in on the flop, I never know what to do on the turn. Any advice would be appreciated.
