    could be a lot of things...I've seen bottom pair do it. I think it usually isn't a sign of big strength though, so I'd gamble with the 17 already in the pot. after all you're leading any pair below QQ...

    He cold called a raise and re-raise from BB. What's his range for doing this? Average NL50SH: TT+, AQs, AK? What would you change for average?

    In any case, its hard to come up with a range that says you shouldn't gamble here given the pot so I'd go with....what Benny said.
