Just curious about what your plan would be. Something in the back of my head is screaming that I'm behind JT and he may be raising to protect his hand. Or Ah/Kh/QhTh and with villains range I can't exclude Ah6h, K6h either. Do we really want to risk 100BB stacks with this hand? Raise here (what do you do with a RR? This is a PL table-- not NL) or call and reevaluate the turn (note the short button called a bet and raise here)? Then get away if the board pairs or a 6, J, T, or heart hits?

I think reraising is a bad choice (unless you just push and hope for the best) since if MP2 pushes you'll be in a very difficult position. MP2 could have 2 pair, set, FD+ OESD, anything really. About half the deck is a scare card too.

Figure that the hands that beat you are likely to be played.
Plus, if you're behind you are drawing dead.

You've folded flopped straights to a min-raise?

I like a raise to ~$2.50. I don't want to let him draw cheaply to a flush or higher straight and I'm willing to get it all in here.

Yeah I have, I just didn't want to play for a big pot with my hand. I felt that pushing was 0EV, and I couldn't justify just building a pot.

I move big, it looks like a flush draw to me. Slow down if a scare card comes, but don't give this up too easy. I agree with zook all the way.

Realize that any 6,7,8,9,T, J or heart is a scare card, that's half the deck! Roughly, you've got a 25% of no scare cards coming on turn or river.

Just realize that if you build a big pot you may have to give it up.
