Default Sunday Million - how toughis it?

So I've been playing some bigger buy in multi's latley - Nightly Hundred Grand, 50+5 R&A. I've been doing well, and have noticed that these fields are tougher than others, but not as awful as I thought it would be.

I have heard from some players that the Sunday Million is a great tourney to take a shot at because of the big stack and tons of dead money b/c of people that have satted in.

Do the normal players of this tournament agree with this statement? I understand that there will be a lot of great players there, but what is the overall feel of the tournament, say, before the money, ITM, bubble situation, etc.

    Thanks

What Renton said. The Million is way softer than most of the high-buyin tournaments on PS because so many bad players get in by winning a satellite. Back when I used to play those tourneys which was a few months ago, even the 20R was tougher than the Million.

    What Renton said.

    And what Mcat said.

I've been at tables in the mill with as many as 6 players rated as fish by sharkscope.

I'd guess the field is something like 10% good-great players, 40% mediocre-standardish (taggy incapable of big moves and not great at reading hands) and close to 50% are players who you will never see playing this high because they don't have the roll/skill (gg pulling %'s out of my ass).
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?
