    He's much more likely to have a slowplayed 22 than KK/AA. If he has those hands I'd pay him off.

    Bet $1 on the turn (75c pot), otherwise fine.

    You can never be afraid of AA/KK completing the SB here (unless maybe if his stats are 3/0). I would be a little worried by his re-re-re-raise, but this could be A6, A2, AK, K6, K2, at 25NL.

    Getting set-under-setted on the turn sucks.

    I think this is a good point. Overbetting($1.25) the turn is standard here for me because all draws call, some Kings call, and all Aces call.

    The villain open limped the cutoff. The $25 players are not as bad as you're making them out to be either. A2/A6/K6/K2 don't play like this.
