Marginal plays here?
I am running well in my SNGs lately, but there were situations where I doubt I was making the correct play.
15+1 9-man Turbos. No exact HH, but here are the scenarios:
1) 3rd hand. I had black 2s in the BB and called a MP 3x raise preflop. Flop K72 2 spades. MP bet 80, LP raised to 180, I check-raised to 450, MP called and LP folded. Turn Q, a 3rd spade. I shoved all-in, MP called with red 7s, I rivered a 4th spade to suck out.
2) blinds 75-150. LP open raised to 450, I shoved with JJ in SB for 1800+, LP called with AA and I didn't improve.
3) Blinds 100/200. Folded to me in SB with 66. I had 1800, just barely covering BB, and my image was an aggressive stealer. I shoved. BB instant-alled with K9s and didn't improve.
4) Heads up, blinds 400-800, I was leading ~7500 to 6000. I have been playing shove or fold since headsup. I shoved with J9s and got called by K3, and I hit a 9 to win the tournament.
5) Another heads-up battle, similar to situation 4, I had like a ~8000-5000 chip lead, I shoved with KT and was called by A3s, board was xxTAK, I won.
6) Blinds 200-400, 5-handed, I had like 2100 and open-shoved KJ from the button. BB barely had me covered, he called with AQ, board was xTQ9x -- I turned the straight and doubled up.
