My first crack at 1/2: Ran/played good for a week then hit a 34 BI downswing(late Jan.) I was rolled for this but then the Neteller thing happened and I had to rebuild almost from scratch at 100.
2nd shot: This was taken one day when I couldn't find any good 100 tables(Feb 15). I lost 8 buyins at 200 then another 10 at 100 that day over 6k+ hands. ALL hands played that day I feel I played well. I didn't win any flips, I was 2-4 outered 8 times for stacks after the flop, flopped under sets/flushes, you name it, it happened.
3rd shot: March 1, played good for 2 weeks, last week was down a little but still my best month so far playing online, a good finish and I will have my 1st 5 figure month and be ready to take a shot at 400.
Moral of the story, if you feel that you are capable of playing well enough to beat 200 then make sure you move down before you drop enough BI's that you have to play 50nl to build back up. Also don't experiment too much with your game while you are trying to move up(ie trying to open up your game), stay at 100 until you are fully comfortable playing looser. Most 100 regs won't pick up on your looser play, but the 200 regs will think that you are a looser player 'cause that is the only stats they have on you. I think this may be putting you in more marginal spots that you are used to and against players who will notice and try to exploit more.
Any way I hope this helps, sorry about all the rambling.
