    Assuming one's level of skill at each is the same.

    And focusing on microstakes mainly.

    Play both at the same time
    The flop, turn and river can change everything. It is important to remain objective and remember that the overall goal is to win, not win this specific hand

    I used to play S&G's, worked well, I'm now only playing cash, dunno why really. S&G's are too lazy.
