Achievable winrate

I know this is a "texas hold 'em community," but I was wondering if anyone had any idea of what an achievable winrate is for omaha, specifically omaha eight (limit).

Is it greater than hold 'em? Is the variance greater or lesser?

I can't find any good literature. Hell, I can't hardly find a good hand chart.

Last but not least, is a 2/2 game with a 10%, $5 max rake beatable? What if you're toking the dealer $1 per pot? $.50 per pot?

That's what they deal here in Florida. Soon I guess we'll have 2/5, and they supposedly plan to keep a $5 max rake. I like playing live, but I refuse to play an unbeatable game.

if i had to guess i would say that its somewhere in the avenue of 2-2.5ptbb/100. That is, its significantly less than nlhe because its a limit structure, and probably significantly more than limit because its a much softer game.

I'm just hypothesizing though.
