pot committed refers to when you know you have the worst hand, yet need to call because of the odds of hitting your hand by the river. On the river it refers to the amount u need to additionally call a shove for is laying u odds where u think ur hand will be good more often than it needs to be to break even.

Put people on ranges. Sometimes being pot-struck is a matter of the union of the chance we're good and the chance of sucking out is such that we should put the rest of the money in.
