You may be drawing to one out, especially since he re-raised once the flush card hit. I call, then call river. No re-raise.

Flop min-raise sucks. Call or put a real raise to 2.50 or so.

I just call the C/R on the turn. AX is definitely in villians range here. I don't like the idea of pushing, you fold most hands that you beat, and get called by the ones you don't, in which case you would only have 1 out to the river! (Unless villian is really attached to his 22 or 77 or :Ah:...)

River would be more interesting depending on if villian led out or checked again, but I would think that he is leading the river no matter whether he has the nuts or not...
