Default 50NL QQ, 567 flop, aggressive opponent.

Villain is 30/4/9 over about 60 hands. Pretty coordinated board... aggressive opponent, def woulda raised with KK/AA.. but 55-JJ is certainly possible. As is weird connectors, which may include the flopped nuts. Anyway, you go?

I just got stacked about 3 hands prior against a different villain who flopped a straight on me.

    50NL, 100bb effective.

I wouldn't have 4bet the flop and I think I would have to let this go. But then again, I'm in a very nitty place these days....

This guy Thyroidstorm can play. He's able to lay down. He has something, He doesn't put his stack on the line easily.

he should have 55/66/77 about 95% of the time

I think you can weight them actually. There's a button which lets you pick all the possible suit combinations of a particular hand. (I think its the 'RD' button).

So if you think a hand is less likely than others, you can just remove some of the possible suit combinations so that it'll be weighted less heavily than the other hands with all suit combinations.

ie: you think a hand 85o is only 10% as likely as the other hands, so only keep 10% of the possible suit combinations.

I'd be check/raising the flop a lot against this guy.

Looking at his stats you need to include all suited connectors in his range that he could play this way.

    45,56,67,78,89

Why did you 3 bet? I would lean more towards calling and then check raising safe turn all in or folding. I don't 3 bet this flop very often.

Let's not forget about 89s, which is one of the best overpair crackers. I think best case he has 78 and here you are barely ahead and in all the other cases you are severely behind...

I probably call his flop raise, and check/call or check/fold based on turn. I don't see how you have FE here and I don't see worse hands calling a push.

im not folding thats for sure vs a 9 AF player!!!!

I would probably push but am unsure if thats better than calling though.

but when you 4 bet flop you need to think of what your gonna do if he shoves. either you instacall or instafold, obv you didnt know what you wanted to acheive by raising again.

i like calling to keep it small. i think this is one of the few times ill say that you can call and evaluate turn *puke*

30 V$IP, over 60 hands -> he's seen 9-12 flops depending on blinds. His aggression factor of 9 is more or less meaningless.

I have 300 hands against villain (thyroidstorm) in my database. He's a solid player--one of the few i watch out for because I know he doesn't donk off his stack easily. One hand I hit my set on him and he had AQ TPTK on flop and I only managed to get $20 from him. I was OOP and he checked the river through on me which I did not expect (tried to trick him but it didn't work!). So either he is a very good hand reader or he just knows that if I am in the hand, I must have something. So, it's been my experience that he doesn't felt it without the goods. With that said Euph, he has a set, str8 or 2 pr here 90% of the time. So I fold that one....I also wouldn't 4 bet it either. Not on that kind of flop against storm--he is loose pf (36/10/3.0 in my database) so I put him squarely on 34, 56, 67, 89 sooted or 55, 66, 77.

Lastly, Euph....we have 260 hands together as well. Send me a PM if you want to know my SN...
