UTG+1 opens for 24 with 400 BB stack (is an unknown and so I assume hes terrible), Loose/bad BTN calls, I 3bet to 90 in the BB with AQs, they both call

flop: JJ6, two hearts, /i check they check

turn: six of clubs making two hearts and two clubs,
I check, UTG+1 bets 102 btn folds, I call

River: Kd I check UTG+1 shoves for PSB of 400 I call he shows Q9hh.

So thats my image and we both have 200 BB stacks- 3rd hand at table

Now the hand in question: I open to 18 OTB with 55, SB (villain from 1st hand) 3bets to 66, unknown 650 BB calls, I call

Flop: 885 two hearts, SB leads for 132, BB calls, I.......

So whats my plan for the hand here: call/raise, and why given image and stack sizes etc- and what do I do on different turn cards and why to maximize my EV...
