    Default QQ in the SB

    CO open raises 4x.
i raise it up to 12x.
BB folds. CO pushes the rest of his 96bb.

can we call this against an unknown? TAG? LAG?

its pretty marginal but i call here everytime if opp is a lagg type.

tagg i call sometimes, id probably call here too barring a read that this is standard AA/KK for this guy.

Against a tight raiser I fold. Against anyone with VPIP higher than a nit I call a push.

I have seen TAGG's do a lot of dumb shit PF lately so I would call but I would not be that thrilled about it.

I think we talked about this, but yesterday against two guys running 18/12ish I called 4bets AI PF with KK and QQ and I was up against A6 and AJ so Im not going to be folding anytime soon.

wow...i guess QQ being the "threshold hand" is incorrect. i thought this was a tough decision against all players except the nittiest with like...3% PFR. since 3betting light and 4betting all in light seems to be all the rage now with TAGs/LAGs, i guess it's a good idea to open up our ranges as well.

so would JJ now be the "threshold" hand where it could go either way?

I think you have to dump it against an unknown, you made a big re-raise and obviously likes his hand.. Against a shorty it's a call, but full stack unknown its a fold.
