AA check raised all in

This is a sit n' go. In the first hand hand history, utg+2 who is seemigly a standard player (tight/not out of line) up to this hand, makes this move. Then the very next hand he raises utg, gets no callers and shows AKo. Then again, the very next hand I get dealt AA, and you can see with the second hand history how it plays out. My question is, should I have folded, or called, and WHY?

Yea but I want to feel confident that im ahead before I just throw my arms up and surrender calling not knowing where I am in the hand. Dont you think that is unneccassary risk when if I call Ill put my tourney life on the line if im wrong, but if I fold I only lose a little and still have a decent stack to continue the tournament with? In order to figure out more accurately if Im ahead or beat, we need to tryand disect the hand more. Since he is a seemingly tight standard default player, this is what I figure he might have. He might have a pocket pair when he limped, and since we dont peg him as overly aggressive being out line, he wouldnt make that kind of a huge check raise without a set, right? Unless he was a thinking player and knew that I was tight as well and could pull off a amazing but also potentially dangerous bluff considering stack sizes and being so early in the sng, and if thats the case dont we just say "great play", its very unlikely though. If we have to try and put him on a hand, wouldnt it help to look at the information he gave us with his suspiciously big raise. Wouldnt you agree that a raise that big either means a huge hand (in this case a set) or the extreme opposite being a semi-bluff, (in this case with this particular board being a straight draw)/flush draw) So if he had a stright draw that would mean he had 9J or JK, which would also meant he limped this utg, doesnt really fit his profile of a standard player to limp 9J, but JK i suppose is possible. If he had a flush draw that would mean he wouldnt have AK, because I have the A of spades, so we could maybe put him on JKs or QKs. I also doubt he limped QQ utg. So is it fair to say he either has 33,TT,JKo,JKs,QKo,QKs? And if so,

Question #1 How do we come to the conclusion that we are pretty confident he is on a draw and does not have me dominated with a set?

Question #2 Since this is a tournament with limited chips, and we cant feel confident with what he has, is it really even worth the risk to put my tournament life on the line over 300 chips when I still have a decent stack left?

first off, post what the buyin is for the sng...this would help a great deal.

Heres a reasonable range: QT, QJ, QK, AQ, AK, KT, KJ, JT, TT, 33, Axs, ( i would almost completely discount QQ because of no pfr, hardly anyone is that tight).

You have this range dominated, only QT, TT, and 33 beat you. The fact that ur bet looks so incredibly weak means you might also increase his range to add scs such as 89 or 76. possibly also suited gappers like J9. THis makes it even more of a call.

It sounds like ur playing with scared money. You can't be afraid to push an edge just because you might lose the tournament. If more of his range is weighted towards hands u beat, then you should be calling, plain and simple.
