Default OESFD + Pair -- your play?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    MP ($68.20)
    Button ($121.30)
    Hero ($91)
    BB ($104.65)
    UTG ($74.90)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 6, 6.
UTG raises to $4, 2 folds, Hero calls $3.50, 1 fold.

    Flop: ($9) 8, 5, 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $5, UTG calls $5.

    Turn: ($19) A (2 players)
    [color=#CC3333]Hero ?

*obligatory excuse why my stack isn't topped up*

Flop bet should have been more like $7 or full, I thought there was less in there at the time

I would have gotten it all in on the flop (a 2-1 favorite against even 2 overs including Ace of spades) , but UTG just called. Now I'm not sure what to do here -- If he doesn't have an ace, I'm taking the pot with a bet. If he does, I'm probably getting re-raised and this will be an expensive turn card, and I may need to fold depending on the raise size.

    By turn, if he has:
    As 10d it's 77/22
    Ad Qd it's 61/38

Do you consider the spade outs to be good besides the magical 2?

Also, it seems like we have poor implied odds here considering our hand will look awfully made, and if we do hit a non-SF we have to check/call.

    So who here advocates:
    Bet/Fold
    Check/Call

Then your river play if a spade hits?

You have some pretty bad reverse implied odds here since your range will be obvious if the betting gets crazy and your hand is at the very bottom of your range.

I think bet/fold is the way to go since theres a good chance he folds an overpair or a weakish draw and plus alot of the hands that call you will check behind on the river.

If you check/call you will be drawing to a very obvious hand that will possibly be second best and you will also give more confidence to pairs below an A.
gabe: Ive dropped almost 100k in the past 35 days.

    I bet/fold

    I like bet/fold as well.

This situation is a sod, due to the fact that our flush draw is shite.

Who likes treating this as 8 outs?

If villain is ***decent*** then I like going for a turn CR here

If he sucks then just bet/fold (or give up when called) or check/fold (tainted outs etc...).
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?
