Default BBvUTG - Set on draw-heavy board

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    SB ($62.30)
    Hero ($100)
    UTG ($95)
    MP ($107.85)
    CO ($78.20)
    Button ($105)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4, 4.
UTG calls $1, 4 folds, Hero checks.

    Flop: ($2.50) 9, 4, K (2 players)
Hero bets $1, UTG raises to $4, Hero calls $3.

    Turn: ($10.50) J (2 players)
Hero bets $6, UTG raises to $20, Hero raises to $40, UTG raises to $90, Hero calls $50.

    River: ($190.50) 5 (2 players)

    Final Pot: $190.50

My read was that he had a king, maybe 2p on flop, maybe 2p by turn. I like just calling the flop with the plan of leading/3betting turn. Main fear is that he was semibluffing with Q10. What's your play? I know it's a no brainer all in, im just curious of what people think of my setline, pretty normal for me on a rainbow flop to lead small, then lead/reraise turn

Everyone still think my re-raises are too weak? If he has 2p, I don't want to scare him too bad by making a push from $20.
