    Marry Me Cheryl!!!

Default Todays big winners and losers

    First session in a while.
All the hands that are >100bbs in size.
Some are zomg standard if so then thanks.
Sorry no convertor and sorry soo many hands!

    Hand1.
Opp is new to me (turns out hes 17/10) Shorty is 40/15 or something daft

    200nl 6max I-Poker

    Seat 1 ($76.75 in chips)
    Villain ($293.00 in chips)
    Seat 5 ($202.00 in chips)
    Hero ($200.00 in chips) DEALER
    Seat 8 ($83.60 in chips)
    Seat 10 ($215.60 in chips)

    Dealt to Hero
    Seat 1 Call $2.00, Villain Raise $8.00, Hero Call $8.00, Seat 1 Call $6.00

    Flop (pot $27~)

Seat 1 Check, Villain Bet $24.00, Hero Raise $66.00, Seat 1 Allin $68.75, Villain: Raise $261.00, Hero Calls...

    Hand2.
Opp is 56/25 over a smallish sample. Seems to do lots of 'non-standard' stuff like minraise total trash. Has been running good but people are playing back at him like muppets.

    200nl 6max I-poker

    Hero ($200.00 in chips)
Seat 3 ($203.70 in chips) DEALER
    Villain ($352.74 in chips)
    Seat 8 ($248.95 in chips)
    Seat 10 ($622.03 in chips)

    Preflop
    Dealt to Hero :Ac: :Jc:
    Seat 10 Call $2.00, Hero Raise $9.00, Villain Call $8.00, Seat 8 Call $7.00, Seat 10 fold.

    Fold

    Turn ($80)

Villain Check, Hero Bet $75.00, Villain Raise $150.00, Hero Allin....

    Hand 3.
Small sample but opp looking loose/passive and was only a short buy in, so assumed fish. Super standard this i think against this player.

    200nl 6max I-Poker

    Hero ($318.60 in chips)
Seat 3 ($64.81 in chips) DEALER
    Seat 5 ($254.80 in chips)
    Villain ($130.80 in chips)
    Seat 8 ($381.60 in chips)

    Preflop
    Dealt to Hero :Ks:
Seat 8 Fold, Hero Raise $7.00, 2 folds, Villain Call $5.00

    Flop ($15)
    :Qd:
Villain Check, Hero Bet $13.00, Villain Raise $26.00, Hero Call $13.00

    Turn (65)

    Villain insta-pushes, Hero calls....

    Hand4.
Opp was aggressive 20/15 but very sloppy and spewy. Ive seen him make several big calls that he really shouldnt be making, seems to be missing some fundamentals against very scary lines.
Attempt to steal blind % is 28 fwiw.

    200nl 6max I-poker

    Villain ($302.25 in chips) DEALER
    Seat 5 ($202.55 in chips)
    Hero ($200.00 in chips)
    Seat 8 ($58.00 in chips)
    Seat 10 ($248.58 in chips)

    Preflop

    Dealt to Hero :Kh: :Js:
2 folds, Villain Raise $8.00, seat 5 Fold, Hero Call $6.00

    Flop ($16)
    :Jd:
Hero Bet $13.00, Villain Raise $36.00, Hero Call $23.00

    Turn ($88)
    :Ks:
Hero Check, Villain Bet $65.00, Hero pushes....

    Hand 5.
Opp is 26/23 supper aggro and has taken this line with almost any ace and any two big cards. This is bad i think even versus him...

    200nl 6max I-Poker

    Hero ($208.30 in chips) DEALER
    Villain ($296.00 in chips)

    Preflop
    Dealt to hero
Hero Raise $7.00, Villain Raise $24.00, Hero Raise $65.00, Villain pushes, Hero Calls...

    Hand6.
Quads or nothing? Opps stack has been up and down all night and hes very unpredictable. Have to admit i didnt see how much was behind but i expected a certain range to bet flop and a certain range not too. Surely a hand i lose to leads this river...?

    200nl 6max I-poker

    hero($358.20 in chips)
    Seat 3 ($368.35 in chips)
Seat 5 ($197.00 in chips) DEALER

hand 1: i'm calling, but not too happy about it.
    hand 2: yep.
    hand 3: yep.
    hand 4: yep.
hand 5: you have a read that he 5 bet pushes light???
hand 6: bet that flop omgwtf!!!! interesting river. i'm not too sure. i'd need to see previous hands on this guy.

    Hand 1: call
Hand 2: jup, can't really get away against this opponent, but I really wouldn't feel happy about it.
    Hand 3: good
Hand 4: I like a 3-bet preflop more. Where you folding any flop you missed? As played it's good I think. I don't mind a c/c on the turn because not much is calling a push.
Hand 5: Really opponent specific, not often good though. Why not call the 3-bet and play a flop?
Hand 6: Yeah really bet the flop because it's draw heavy, else I like the check.
Hand 7: imo these pushes are usually the nuts.
  4. #4
Hand 1: I pay off with top set here too.
    Hand 2: Yup
Hand 3: I sometimes stick it in on the flop.
Hand 4: You must teach me how to turn 2 pair when calling a flop raise like that.
    Hand 5: Heads-up game? If so, I don't think it's that bad.
Hand 6: Bet flop, spew monkeys love to spew all over this one.

fnord, do you not think my flop call with KJ and tpgk is correct or that i should consider differnt lines?
fwiw, ive been 3betting light much more now but in position mostly unless im defending my blinds against really regular theifs (this guy wasnt too bad...) or unless i like my hand much better after a flop rather than before it and oop, and KJ is pretty crappy oop

    fwiw, results

    1. He has KK with Ks i get turned and dont suck out, shorty had Ax top two no spades
    2. Didnt want to bet the flop but did, passive donk turned out to have AK. I was c/flding turn here a lot as i didnt like my hand oop. If id had AQ here and not turned top two it would have been tougher imo.
    3. Opp flips KQ i hold.
    4. Opp flips KTd on turn and rivers a flush and i cry at not being good at boating up.
    5. He flips AK, i dont hold.
    6. He has T9 for the nut straight which surprised me i thought hed bet flop, but then he was pretty awful making my river call dumb.

Still cant stop the suckouts that are killing me at 200nl, depsite some of the errors im still making

The only ones I don't like are hand 4 (actually it's not that I don't like, just a tough spot) and 6. The rest seem good/standard.

Hand 4 I think the hand is easier c/c flop and maybe lead turn regardless. Are you c/folding a blank turn to agression? these are the kind of spots that seem really feel based, so tough to give advice.

Hand 6 : Ughhh...gotta fold this. Sucks that you didn't see the stack size caus i don't think this is ever ever a bluff, especially when you checked the flop which is usually the nuts or air (in their eyes) and I don't see why he'd c/r river AI just to get you off air.
I'm surprised he did this with only a straight, very weird. So maybe your call isn't so bad here in the longrun.

Anyway everything else seems good, now run better damnit!
    Family Cruise IMO

Stacking off with 9's isn't that bad heads up against an aggro player who 3-bets light any reasonable amount I don't think you can fold it. It seems like a lot of people on FTR think too much about the absolute value of their hand and not enough about how strong it is relative to the # of players left to act, there's another example in the SnG forum.

Hand 6 is bad Hand 4 is questionable the rest of them seem fine / std like Ravageur said.
