No great reads. Villian started out his PF raises at 5xBB, unsurprisingly Hero hasnt called any. Hero has raised more hands PF than limped, so reraise could be wide. Villian had tried once to c/r hero off a flop but hero called the raise and bet turn and villian folded.

This is only hand 14.

Obvious question is whether you call turn push, but also interested in how you'd have played PF and Flop differently if you would have.

Hero raises to t50, BB raises to t80, Hero calls t30.

BB bets t250, Hero calls t250.

I think your flop call is fine (this sort of overbet is usually not something that has middle pair beat) but once he pushes the turn I think it is time to get out. There's lots more poker still to be played with 1290 chips and blinds at 10/20.

My interpretation was a likely draw. Seems way too strong a play for TP.

That said, worth risking most of my chips to find out? Then again do we want Opp to know he can put me off big pots by pushing?

That was my thought too, but with blinds at 10/20 I'm not sure I want to take the risk of stacking off with middle pair. Remember he could have a (strangely played) 99-KK and have you beat also, and on the turn bottom pair on the flop has you beat also.

Then again do we want Opp to know he can put me off big pots by pushing?

It's actually a good read to have, if you flop something nice you let him take the lead and stack him that way.
