Default Turning AA into a bluff on 4flush board.

Villain is pretty new to the table. Seems pretty loose but nothing specific. Ive seen him open minraise 83s from the button so I guess he likes suited cards.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (3 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    BB ($58.11)
    Hero ($47.48)
    SB ($43.71)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A, A.
Hero raises to $2, SB calls $1.75, 1 fold.

    Flop: ($4.50) 2, 5, 8 (2 players)
SB bets $3, Hero calls $3.

    Turn: ($10.50) J (2 players)
SB bets $4, Hero raises to $12, SB waits ages and then calls $8.

    River: ($34.50) 7 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero shoves ($26.21 to call).

    Fold.

I have to agree with people saying to raise this flop. I really odnt like the turn raise or the river shove at all. You have seen this guy play 83s for a raise ad now you are trying to move him off of a hand? I just dont think this guy is folding hardly ever. We make most of our money from the fish, exploit them all that you can, but you dont need to get this fancy against them, thats just throwing money away.

I raise flop, but I find that river shove really sexy.. Mind you, I'm a spewtard, and he probably flipped the nut flush.

For those wanting results he calls and flips T 4 obv.

Im suprised so many people think it isnt worth a stab needing 40% FE. His turn play and particularly the long think before calling polarises his range towards lower flush cards alot more often than getting tricky with an A imo. Do you think this is a spot where he always calls the river with any hand he calls the turn with? Does he fold a set to the shove but call to boat up on the river? Does he think its a split pot because we both have flushes?

Last question. If I HAVE to bluff is it one of those spots where $15 folds everything a shove folds?

My comment was going to be yes, I think $15 gets the same thing accomplished.

The only reason i kind of dislike the bluff is because of him having exactly what he had. By timing it gave me an eerie feeling of him thinking "omg i flopped a made flush i cant fold."
The other issue is, besides timing, no reason he doesn't play the A of clubs the same way.
All in all though I think the bluff is decent. Although I agree with andy's comments, the guys a donkey it's going to be really hard to move him off anything.

I think his call is horrible but ugh thats the way it works sometimes.
