Default QQ $100NL, C/R on flop

BB is 20/9 over ~40 hands today. Only hand shown down was when he called TT in BB vs SB and flopped top set vs overpair. He didnt make any raises IP, his OPP made sure his stack was in the middle by the river anyway. (This was on a different table)
I've been playing really tight - no raises for 20 odd hands - not sure BB will notice though.
    UTG+1 is a fish.
I need a help putting BB on a range for C/R'ing this flop here. Any thoughts? AA KK QQ JJ TT 99 88 77 JTs??? Easy fold if so, does he play T9s type hands like that? That range seems very tight though (I've included AA KK cos at $50NL some players never RR any hands pre - I've only just moved up so I dunno bout $100NL players - I guess some do some dont)

Titan Poker Calingasta 0.50/1, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker

    Button ($17.58)
    SB ($98.70)
    BB ($95.35)
    Hero ($98.50)
    UTG+1 ($58.88)

    Preflop: Hero is UTG with
    Hero raises to $4, UTG+1 calls $4, 2 folds, BB calls $3.

    Flop ($12.50)

BB checks, Hero bets $12, UTG+1 calls $12, BB moves all-in for $91.35, (Pot $128)
Hero...... has $83 behind, (UTG+1 has $43 behind - its debatable whether he's putting it in though - if he is I'm still ahead of his range I think.)

he has one pair beat IMO. He comes in behind two players so all his range probably hit this flop especially after you show strength.

Looks a lot like a good hand that doesn't want to see a scary turn. I'd expect to see a set here a lot or a hand like 56s

I'd expect to see a set lead out a lot of the time though, in order to protect their hand? I suppose C/R is not a bad line to take with a set, but thats only cus I am always cbetting this flop, which villain has no way of knowing.
I agree though, I think he has one pair beat, I just cant work out what he's taking this line with! So confused

I think he can do this with the low end of the straight as there a few scare cards that can come, and yeah 2 pair is the same thing really. I don't think you can rule out a set completely tho.
