i call the river since u say hes a donk, and the pot is humongous. ive had donks call my 4bets with AJs and junk.
unless by donk u mean hes a passive call station or something.

Not buddylist bad or anything, he's just a bit stupid; normal donkish stuff like chasing gutshots and liking top pair and thinking he's a TAG when he's not.

Mkay, thanks for the replies guys.

Folding was what I wanted to do on the river but I called and got shown QQ.. I'm glad I have to call here.

I need a quick bit of help here, whilst I've generally felt confident as fuck at 100NL this is the first pot I've felt totally lost in; I felt like a 10NL noob and didn't have a clue what to do on any street.

My 4bet plan pre was to fold to a 5bet, does this suck balls?

As played should I just have got it in on the flop? I felt like that sucked seeing as QQ had just made it and AA had me all the way anyway. What kind of line, pre or post can I use to maximise my EV on this hand because everything I think of leads to me getting it in with shitty equity.

    thx

You have pot behind there's no way you can fold after you fourbet.

I agree that Q on the flop really sucks.. the range we can expect a typical guy to 4bet with would be like AA-QQ, maybe AK/JJ (lower chance of those). Q on the flop means we're pretty much dead to most of his range.

I guess on the flop you'd have to decide where to take it, or even preflop by 5betting so big it'll have to be an allin on the flop. Personally, I don't play that crazy 3betting (only a very tight range), and as such I won't really get people crazy 4betting me so seeing a Q on the flop I'd just give up..
