No offense, but you have to love how ONLY NOW does anyone take the initiative and try to resolve the problem I brought up 7-8 hours before the tournament was scheduled to start.
Don't get me wrong. I don't blame FTR for the money not being added. I blame AP, and it's something that has happened before, and will definitely happen again. However, having said that, I do blame FTR for not addressing the issue with AP well in advance of the start of the tournament as they should have.
I pointed this "oversight" out for a reason, and it's crazy to me how FTR didn't do it's part to fix this problem at least 3-4 hours before the tournament started. Had they done so, I'd have definitely played, as would a lot more of our members I imagine.
It may not seem like that big of a deal to some of you, but If you've ever been burned on money-added tournaments at AP like I have, you avoid them like the plague if the money isn't 100% guaranteed to be added as advertised. The only way to know it's 100% guaranteed to be added is by going to the tournament's lobby and clicking "Tournament info". If it lists the amount of money added, you're good to go. If, however, it's like this tournament and nothing is listed, then you can be sure that zero money will be added to the pot.
