Yeah he has to fold this. Yuu can have so many hands here (which is why it's a good spot to bluff), but he's probably thinking that people don't bluff in 4 way raised pots.

My original thoughts exactly. His hand is so face up, unless he thinks you are bluffy he can't look you up.
On the other hand, your holding is pretty poloarized here: air or monster. You said he thinks you aren't afraid to bluff though, so I think he calls. The board is an obvious spot to bluff for a LAG or bluffy player that can read hands, and he made a diamond draw pay the maximum on the turn setting up an easier river decision, so I call.
I can't fathom why you'd check the flop, but I think you had A5s.

Even if this wasn't a value bet I would never ever stress that point to a low stakes player.
