Default I maybe I found a leak - Story with pictures!!

Ok so I was doing a bit of poker tracker research today for the laugh and I came across something interesting. This is from a sample of 50k hands at 200NL. Not a mad huge sample I know but possibly enough to indicate something?

This is all the hands where I played from the blinds. This doesn't include hands from when I just folded my blind to a raise. Basically it means that by playing the way I do I lose less money than I would if I just folded every hand from the blinds.

The next one is hands where someone tried to steal the blinds and I reraise them. This shows that my reraises are profitable though not by much. Also it's interesting to note that the only clear winners are TT+/AK.

And finally maybe the most telling one is when I look at hands where I called a blind stealing raise. I'm down a huge amount in these instances. Note that I had a quick look through the hands here and there is a good few coolers but also more medium sized pots lost than I'd like.

So eh ya. I dunno what I expect anyone to say about this but em there you have it anyway.

I just checked out a sample of 200k hands from party poker 400NL and the average EV from 269 instances defending my blinds with AQ/KQ or AJ is +0.22BB/Hand.

also 99/TT are in the red over 105 instances and JJ is +1BB/hand over 91 instances.

from what i understand 100k hands is the beginning of when your stats from certain positions actually start to resemble your "true" winrate (heard it during a sbrugby CR video). Im guessing with all pairs you would be a winner from the blinds so im going to say the sample size is just distorting these numbers.

I'm not that surprised by the results. With tight calling and stacking off ranges for opps, with the hands your losing money with you're getting it in with the worst a lot.
