Default steal on river vs. unknown?

He is new to the table. I haven't seen him before. This doesn't mean that much as I only play about 7-9k hands a month.

Pf was just a raise to isolate, guy had been limping then folding a lot of hands on the flop.

I feel like opp has overs a lot here, but I am not that sure about it. Still worth a bet?

As played I check/fold river because you're getting called by A-high a lot of the time I think.
