Default 3bet from blinds 400NL help!

So I just started my first night of 2-4 tabling 400NL 6max (a weird adjustment from 20tabling 200NL FR) and I ran into this pickle. This is my first time 3betting the guy and he seems like a pretty standard LAG, who in IMO plays too many hands preflop. Probably a decent winner. My image should be pretty tight, I'm running 22/19 and have only shown down the goods.

What is your plan if you call the turn and he fires another on a blank river? All we really have a bluff catcher, but should we just continuation the flop?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (6 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    SB ($487.50)
    Hero ($405.60)
    UTG ($462.35)
    MP ($936.20)
    CO ($160.95)
    Button ($627.65)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, T.
3 folds, Button raises to $12, 1 fold, Hero raises to $48, Button calls $36.

    Flop: ($98) T, K, 4 (2 players)
    Hero checks, Button checks.

    Turn: ($98) 6 (2 players)
    Hero checks, Button bets $60

I'm not really qualified to reply to this post but I think it all depends on his range of calling 3bets. If he has been calling you lite and you think he would call with some mid sized pocket pairs then you have to call his turn bet. He could be betting broadways with a flush draw, some smaller pairs which you beat. You are far behind JJ and TT, he probalby 4bets anything else but he has position so who knows.
Flopping quads and boats like its my job
