If they are under 25% steal I usually give them credit and don't play back much with hands like Ace-rag offsuit because if you just call you are OOP with a mediocre hand that can't take much heat. It might be +ev to three bet them but don't do it enough to really know.

Also when I'm in the SB I don't usually raise to 9 or 10, I'll just make it 7. If someone is folding to your blind steals just keep doing it.

4. UTG unknowns with calling station tendencies make me nervous. Turn card is good to bet on but it hits him as hard as it hits you and we don't know if he's capable of folding yet.
5. standard against a nit but, yeah, giving him a pass once in a while isn't a bad idea

Isn't it better to c/r the flop in hand one? Leading like that makes it pretty obvious you do not have a 9 in my opinion unless you play like that most of the time.

only because we give a chance of allowing them to check behind right? Because shouldn't we want extra value from a cbet if they are bluffing. Not to mention if he is nitty, we can rep a 9 or a full house? Or we can just c/c with showdown value and fold to a large turn bet. It's ok to bet out all hands we beat but fold later to a call or raise? I'm not the expert so I could obv. be wrong here but just my take.

Picking off a c-bet with a c/r extracts value from the same part of his range we're trying to get a fold from with a lead. Not as much, sure, but at much lower risk to our stack.

I simply don't want to play a big pot with 66 OOP. I'd rather take the pot down now if I can. He's likely not bluffing from the HJ pre so if he's got a bigger pair he's gonna let me know. If he calls a flop donk he's either floating or has me beat, so I just want to get to a cheap showdown if that's possible and it often won't be, and if he raises I can let it go.
