Default AQs facing raise from reg, 50NL

Villain is 12/7/2 over 400 hands. He's probs capable of raising the flop with air/ folding a lot of weak overpairs here so this is OK?

I'd prefer to make this play against a smaller stack, say 70bbs starting stack or less, or with the AQ of spades, or against a less nitty opponent. It's not horrible though because you're still 3:1 against middle pairs when called.

yeah my requirement for the occasional play like this is a backdoor flush draw
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.
