Default QQ Overpair : Strange Hand

I stacked villain in the previous hand with AA in a 3-bet pot where he called flop on KQx then shoved over my bet on a blank turn and showed KTo. I've been pretty aggro so I don't think his play is terrible or anything but he might be a little pissed.

On to the hand : villain inst-reloads over 200bb's to cover me (one of the magical features at the small site I'm playing) and this is the very next hand. I don't think he's necessarily tilty but who knows.

NL 200, eff stacks of 420$

Blinds are backwards so I raise the small blind OOP to 7$ with

    Villain calls on button.

    Flop is (14$)

    I bet 12$, villain calls

    Turn is (37$)

    I bet 30$, villain insta-raises to 105$

What's my move and river plan if I call?
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

he's probably just calling the turn with pairs that you beat. we also don't know anything about his bluffing frequency.

Given the history I've no problem 3betting and stacking off here.
