Woah, deja vu. I've played this hand before almost exactly the same. AQ, turn comes 2pr, all-in it goes, river brings the boat killing the villain's set.

But vs a 34/0 this could easily be AK, A5, Ax, club draw... well...I guess 1.3 aggression usually wouldn't minraise the draw on the flop, but even so I think you're good here more than not.
