Default River river tough decision Vs BIG bet

villain is LAGG 44.6/14.9/12( flop aggression) around 106 hands. By the river, i figured i had the best hand for sure. when river flush complete, my hand just turned into bluff catcher and could beat anything but flush. Should i throw out a small blocking bet, C/C or fold ? By the way, i've been struggling in these situations oop in the last couple of weeks.

Definitely a tough spot. First off, with so many players seeing the flop, a bigger bet is necessary, at least a pot sized bet if not larger. The turn card isn't great but hot horrible. Any of the limpers could be holding 67. The river is weird because villain makes a pot sized bet after you check. I would think that if he had a flush he would have bet less to entice you to call, but because you checked he could have anything thinking that the river scared you. Hard situation, I'd like to see what other ppl think.

I would bet that villain has JT or a set most often here.
With villain's stats I'll call the river. He would bet that almost everytime in position once the flush hits (unless there is a history between the 2 of you). If villain's stats had less AF (i.e. 2-3) then I would fold.

For someone as aggressive as him, he's being pretty passive. This is almost always a draw/set. If the river wasn't a spade I'd c/c but I'm really inclined just to c/f.
My sig is too much for you to handle.
