    Default Live play 200NL questions.

Okay, so at the start, of this I took 100 bucks and turned it into 5,000 vs. most of these casino donks...It was absoultely hilarous. There's a casino like 2 hours away, where the average person who plays there is some farm boys who got off work, who don't really know much about poker all too often. Seeing as how I look really young, I already have "Bad" written ALL over me. If I had Yu-gi-oh apparel I could bring to this place, flat out, I would.

Normally, online I play .25/.50 6 handed But I started playing at casinos before hand.

A couple things throughout my sessions I noticed a few leaks in my game.
Like every casino donk I overplay AK way too much. I don't know how to play low pocket pairs effectively, it's hard for me to spot low pocket pairs. So... onto a couple of questionable hands.

Dealt AKs UTG limps UTG+1 limps Middle raises 10, I raise to 30 (my stack is 700 at this point.) Shortstacked player UTG calls and midd calls. flop comes 10 2 7 rainbow. Shortstacked raises 30 into a 90 pot middle folds, I shove, get called flips over 88s. He takes down pot.

A hand I won, but wondered if was well played. 4 limpers, i'm in small blind with pocket 10s. I raise 18. 3 callers. flop comes Q53 with two hearts. I check, 1 guy raises 30 I raise to 100 with the expectation to fold to a shove, and he folds.

Another one was 2 limps cutoff raises 10 I raise 35 on the button with QQs cutoff calls. flop comes AJ6 Rainbow. checks, I cbet 40 and he shoves. I fold. Here should I have just checked the flop? He flipped over AJ.

lastly, AQ suited dealt to me in the cutoff, middle position raises 8 dollars, I raise 3 bet 20. Flop comes 7 10 5 with two clubs. Donk bets into me 15(normally i'd re-raise him here, but I did this last hand and he folded, so I figured I'd 3 bet on turn) 9 comes. He fires again.25 I raise 75, he calls. Last card another 9 comes he checks I put him all in, he snap calls flips over K7.

After about 7 hours I turned 100 bucks, at the 200NL table into 3000 and then was like LOL, i'll go to there high stakes table and played 1000NL, played around for 2 hours got to about 1500, hit a set vs. a guy deepstacked and doubled up(he had top two). All in all, it was a good day and I learned a lot about how I played. Comments on hands(If I hear about bad BR management Rick James is gonna have to choke a bitch.)

Oh, and PS: Lolz Live play poker is rigged.

The "s" being plural... not suited on the pocket pairs.

I got really confused with a lot of the hand history... i mean, the last hand you had position in the CO against MP and you wanted to 3 bet the turn heads up... wtf? were you expecting villain to check raise here? if so, nice read my man!

but yeah... what christhefish said works well.

Yes, you'll feel like an idiot when you're called down by middle pair, but quite often people who start with weak hands won't even hit the board that hard and many will give up pretty much everything when facing a big bet.

Frequency, hand/player reading, etc. are all key, but a core part of the game-plan against very loose players is to play your hands very fast against them.

I mean, realistically, on the last hand I felt like an idiot for it. First, for letting middle pair call me down that hard, but I mean, I probably would have stacked on the flop if it wasn't for that last hand. thinking about it, it's just such an unlikely board to hit. I put him on 3 things, draw, TP okay kicker or Midpair okay kicker. I was right, I just simply couldn't knock him off the hand. Which then led me to felting him twice with like...top pair mid kicker.

Something I didn't miss from when leaving casinos and going to online poker was i'd say 90% of time a flush showed on the board, people went all in, regardless of if they have it or not, which just makes it annoying at best. And absoutely NO one can look for straights unless there are 4 connected cards on the damn board.

    Any suggestions on hands?
