Do you think villain could call 1/4 bet river with AJ, QJ, KQspades, JT, QQ, or any other second pair? Or it's best to check behind?

i shove on this river given half pot size bet left If he is truly a station, he might think you are bluffing on high cards and call down light with worse hands. I always remember that the average winning hand in holdem is two pairs or above, just go for it .

Yeah, push here. He folds a lot of draws, but he could pay off with a jack or even something like KQ, KT or T8.
    Check out my self-deprecation here!

Fnord, do you mean something like $45? Why? We want opps to call with a draw and then call river with any pair if their remaining stack is too small compared to the pot size. $35 would do the trick and they'll call $35 more often then $45, am I wrong?

This guy sucks at poker and so many river cards will spook him. Betting closer to the size of the pot will get him good and stuck since you're pretty much committed to a showdown anyway it also kills any implied odds he has cutting into the profit of your bet.
