Default 100NL: Set near 200BB deep on flush board

I always have a problem playing 200BB deep

    Poker Room skin
    No Limit Holdem Ring game
    Blinds: $0.50/$1.00
    9 players
    Seat 1: MP1 ($77.50 in chips)
    Seat 2: MP2 ($204.15 in chips)
    Seat 3: CO+1 ($100.70 in chips)
    Seat 4: Hero[ 9H,9S ] ($189.60 in chips)
Seat 5: BU ($98.05 in chips)
Seat 6: SB ($17.00 in chips)
Seat 7: BB ($101.70 in chips)
Seat 9: UTG ($100.85 in chips)
    Seat 10: UTG+1 ($11.50 in chips)

    Converter

    Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is CO with 9 9
    2 folds, MP2 raises to $3, MP3 folds, Hero calls, 4 folds.

    Flop: 4 J 9 ($6.75, 2 players)
    MP2 bets $4, Hero raises to $12, MP2 calls.

    Turn: T ($30.75, 2 players)
    MP2 bets $25, Hero ???

villain was 25/10/4. No specific reads.
If either villain or myself were 100BB I would not have a problem pushing the turn. However, 200BB I'm not committed yet due to the flush board. Should I commit on this bad turn card (of course not as bad as a diamond)?

i'd raise to $16 on this flop and flat call his big turn bet unless he is a big donk.

It always seems weird to me when they stop-and-go on a board like that... a lot of times this is a made flush, so you have pretty good implied odds if the river pairs the board for you. He could even have the str8 here if he had some sort of a combo-draw. We have 10 outs on the river and no clue where we're at... as played I flat it and probably call a v-bet on a dry river.
    Check out my self-deprecation here!

We don´t fold. Reads would help to determine if there´s value in raising turn, if he´s tight enough there are very few flopped flushes in his range and we can value AdX and KdX.

As played and with no reads I´d call turn and any non diamond/non-Q river

(FWIW, I strongly feel he has KdQx)

    FWIW:
I called turn and river was the worst possible (or the best possible in case he had a flush and I did not manage to have the boat ):
    Q

villain bets $30 (pot is $80) and I cry and fold.
