#2 16/5/0.7 this could be plain stupid given his range, but JJ/QQ are a large part of my range while his is slightly weightened towards AA/KK/AK. This alone didn´t make me want to move, but a nits value bet with a nut is usually not that close to pot.

hand 1: bet much more on the flop and define your over pairs , please. Having said that, I probably fold this out of position if i figure that he is not a postflop aggressive player and running hot. In general, i dont like to tangel too much with another regular decent player in my games.

hand 2: why did you call his 3 bet out of position without good implied odds ?? did you plan to c/r any flop after he cb?? Who the heck believe that you check this heavy drawing flop with QQ/JJ? In my opinion, you should play consistently and stick with your passive line.

hand 3: isn't your opponent an ulber nit? i rarely float/bluff rock and loose stations because their betting ranges are either too narrow or wide.. I just cant believe that he folded his overpairs after putting so much money in the pot. Lucky bluff

You don't have to wrestle with the bear.

Hand 1: Doesn't look like a bluff to me, I would make a tight fold here.
Hand 2: Opponents line might be AK, but there is some pretty serious meat in there too. I don't think this is +EV.
Hand 3: Unless you're a lot better than me post-flop I think you're better off just taking it to the third floor pre-flop.

Thanks for the reply guys. Everytime I run bad or try to implement new concepts to my game it seems I suffer FPS.

I agree with most of what u guys said regarding #1 and #2, tho I think #1 is a lot closer vs an postflop aggro on this very active flop.

I do agree as well, that #3 is spew in itself. Maybe I can generate some more feedback on my thoughtprocess

Going thru PT, reading ISF´s blog and looking thru recent HH´s I realized, that my cold calls are poorly balanced, depending on opponent 22-66 to 22-88, hence calling sc´s IP on occassion.

Flop:
Villian never hits this flop, but I can rep a lot of big hands and may attempt to bluff any diamond turn

Turn:
Picked up FD, pot odds are good, I probably wouldn´t raise a 7 or boat vs his obvious overpair

River:
My draw missed, but my line must look scary to his overpair. I´m repping lots of boats. I´m bluffing very few rivers, so my river shoves aren´t balanced, which means I have to weaken/widen my range and this is a good spot to do so given his obv one pair.

If he's on fire, his aggression numbers are probably inflated. He's tight pre-flop, we raised UTG and the pot is somewhat protected by the short-buy.

Don't cure a weak position by adding more weakness. I would flat call 99+ sometimes.

I've mixed in flatting AK IP a lot more. works pretty well since most people are auto-3betting it in my game currently. If you throw in the occasional big pair against the right opponent you should be more than balanced. Or it will look that way anyways.
