Default Is this an acceptable squeeze?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (4 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    UTG ($2.65)
    Button ($12.30)
    SB ($9.55)
    Hero ($11.80)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T, T.
UTG raises to $0.4, Button calls $0.40, 1 fold, Hero raises to $1.3, UTG raises to $2.65, Button calls $2.25, Hero raises to $11.8, Button calls $9.15.

    Flop: ($26.30) 5, K, 2 (3 players)

    Turn: ($26.30) 8 (3 players)

    River: ($26.30) 4 (3 players)

    Final Pot: $26.30

My thinking was I was trying to isolate the small stack because have little faith in his strength but is the call/call a bad sign. Was this an obv fold pf?

I always three bet like 3x plus a little more if someone else is in the pot. What is your theory on making it 180?

standard 3 bet oop should be from 3.5x -4x. just depends, some people do it differently. 3x in position. i dont think 1.80 is necessary, but is certainly fine.

also, im not 3 betting there. i rarely 3 bet an UTG raiser with TT, especially oop. but as played, i think you could safely fold to his min 4 bet, unless he is a HUGE fish.

in general you want to be squeezing later position raises. e.g. CO opens 4x, sb calls, ur int he bb and squeeze.

His min 4 bet was a short stack all in so i thought that if i was up against him all in i thought i could get some dead money in the pot with the squeeze to the late position caller. So in effect what i was doing was squeezing the button.

With UTG's stack size this is played totally fine. But I agree raising to 1.8 is better especially at lower stakes.

You come to 1.8 by raising the PFR by 3.5 and adding in another 0.40 because of the caller.

Actually your raise size was optimal here because it allowed you to reshove once he put the rest of his stack in.
