People at those stakes are generally never folding a straight, and probably not a set either; and if he hit a flush himself he's definitely not folding that. The hands that are sure to fold here are the ones you already had beat and maybe some lame two pair hands.

IMO your bet makes your hand obvious, it looks like you are trying to push him off a hand that beats you. I play at similar stakes to this, and the vast majority of players aren't folding anything that beats you.
