    Default can i avoid this?

    i'm starting to play some cash games again after mcat's post. i'm a decent tourney player (jerdood). i just hate stacking off with AA KK AQ in these spots. is that just the way at goes at this level? the other night i stacked a guy on Q high board... i had AQ he had QT... so you just never know.

    I wouldn't fold and that's why you practise bankroll management

    Especially against a short stack this is so standard. Sorry if I couldn't be of more assistance.

    if he shoves like that u insta fist pump because his range is a lot of stuff that you have crushed with kings.
    i guess im kind of wondering why you just potted it on the turn?
    i think 5 would be more appropriate and encourage worst hands to stay in...
    I gotta get back to the money....

    This is at worst a small mistake given that he needs at least 10:1 to play set against you if you stack off every time and he doesn't try to take it away without a set. With no reads, you pay this off because other players will show you a worse hand.
