Default 100NL - TT on very non-scary board

Villain in this hand was very tight, 8/2/2.5. I realize my flop bet was too small, I must have misclicked.
I put him on a pocket pair lower than mine (higher should 3bet although I could see this guy flatting QQ). Was c/c appropriate for the turn? And on the river, what's the play?

Call river as played - you look a lot like AK...

Here I might even fold on turn! What hands can you put villain on?
This guy will flat call IP even with JJ+.
River bet is pure spew, you are way behind his range. As played fold river.

Are you serious? I mean, the river bet may or may not be great, but I think 'way behind his range' is a stretch. He doesn't have JJ as 3 J's are out. If he did have a set on the turn it's now been counterfeited. AA, KK, QQ, 99, 88, 77, 66, 55, 44 are all in his range, with AA and KK being less likely as he could certainly have 3bet them, and 66, 55 and sort of 44 also being less likely because they are lower than the board cards on flop and 66/55 never had a set. He may even have AK or similar until the river raise when it became apparent he did not.

i actually like how you played the hand but id scratch my head and fold. there's not a lot he can have other than kk/aa. would he call any of QJs-AJs preflop? I would guess that he might, which makes this much more of a laydown.

Easy fold river vs. this guy, he's not raising for value for worse and he's never bluffing. I agree with jimmy I c/f the turn expecting villain to check behind a lot.

Also I agree that the river bet is spew, you really won't get a call out of worse.

I'm pretty sure this villain would not be calling with any J here preflop. I think you're underestimating the nittiness of some 100nl regs which is why I dislike the river bet.

I think the only hand you conceiveably beat here is 99, and I don't even think he's playing that. River is a fold for me.

Flop bet-sizing is fine, turn check/call is fine, river value bet is fine, just fold to the raise imo.
