I'm mostly putting villain on TPGK/TPTK or FD. Do you flat call here or push?

I think a push is good here. He'll mostly fold and you'll take a decent but not-huge pot, but that's fine. He'll be making a big mistake if he calls with anything but AA, and since he may put you on the flush draw it is possible he'll call.
Of course, a call from you also looks like the FD. But if you call and a diamond or an A hits, what do you do?
Calling is probably higher variance and I'm not sure which is more +EV, so I'd likely go with shoving.

Hero shoves. Your range of course comfortably beats his range, and in shoving you are far defying him any sort of good odds to draw to the flush.

I think AJ+ is most likely here, with a little weight on KdQd or KdJd.

I don't think he'd lay down AQ/AK to a push as he'd probably put you on a lower ace or a FD instead of a 6. His flop strength really suggests that he's ready to get it in and I think you're good here more than not.

A call here isn't terrible I think. There's 9-11 diamonds you don't wanna see, and 2-3 aces that would slow things down for either of you, so there's roughly a 25% chance of a turn card coming that slows down one or both of you. Maybe that's how to extract the most out of AT/AJ, but AQ/AK is probably ready to get'er in here...

If hes remotely bad or has any calling station tendencies i like a 5 bet to around 60 hoping he makes a mistake with a big ace, but if hes a good player who can make difficult folds i dont mind flat calling this and getting it in on a non ace turn, i feel his range is predominantly good aces here so hes likely drawing to 2 outs or less but if a diamond were to fall on the turn i still wouldnt contemplate folding so calling for max profit does bring a risk.

I think either play is fine long run. EV wise it is probably very close with either play.
