    Default JJ at 10NL (again)

No interesting notes/reads on villain, FWIW he's running 26/16/2 over about 40 hands. Flop line?? Turn decision?? Preflop I felt folding to the min3bet would have been really weak.

    $0.05/$0.1 No Limit Holdem
    7 players
    Converted at weaktight.com

    Stacks:
    UTG Hero ($10.00)
    UTG+1 sjublackswan ($13.85)
    MP Skipper_C ($8.00)
    CO Sonlover ($2.80)
    BTN progre69 ($11.10)
    SB Vingsta ($7.05)
    BB SemperFool ($5.35)

    Pre-flop: ($0.15, 7 players) Hero is UTG
Hero raises to $0.40, 1 fold, Skipper_C raises to $0.70, 4 folds, Hero calls $0.30

    Flop: ($1.55, 2 players)
Hero checks, Skipper_C bets $1.20, Hero calls $1.20

    Turn: ($3.95, 2 players)
Hero checks, Skipper_C goes all-in $6.10, Hero calls???

    Cheers guys.

Yeah fold the turn. At this level ppl are normally only 3betting a thin range - like JJ+/AK(s) or similar. I think with this turn bet its QQ+, AK prob gives up. I fold anyway.

well played pre-flop and on turn. I like betting the flop $1.20 and folding to a re-raise - costs you the same and you have fold-equity.

    You're crushed.

If this is the first time I've seen him do this, I dump it on the flop.

That is what I was thinking. If we are going to c/f the turn why call the flop bet?
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.

    Default Yeah good fold

It's a shame we never got to know his hand, but I would agree with the fold on the turn. But it's a difficult position as I could still perhaps see AK doing this, I do think it's a move you could see bad players do in that limit, it's just unfortunate of the lack of information, so we have to include AA KK and QQ, but I have seen this done with AK and TT as well.
