May seem standard....1010 in an 18 man
This may seem like a no brainer. However, ive been in this spot insta shoving a lot lately and usually been up against a better pair.
I got raised and im on the button with these two tens with 4 ppl getting paid(8 left). I immediately think oh no, he has two jacks. Instead of shoving out of frustration or folding weak, (ive been doing both a lot lately) I honestly thought for a long time. I usually act pretty quickly unless the decision is actually challenging(at least in my eyes)
Anyways what Im getting at is, i thought about the pros and cons of just calling and knew that wasnt an option. folding seemed really weak. Raising seemed pretty dangerous because i didnt want to flip for my tourney so close to the bubble when im in decent position to cash. I thought long about the persons range and his large raise seemed like he didnt have me beat. It seemed like a smaller pair so now i called and he has A9s
In conclusion, i was wondering if you view this situation as a insta shove...
also, how low do you go before you no longer reshove all in..?
thanks everyone
