    Default Ugly situation

This one has been nagging at me for a few days, so I present it to you. Situation: BB is awful in all the usual ways and some creative new ones; button is a decent TAgg who has done little to impress or startle me. This is deep 50 NL (200 BB max buyin).

    UTG - Hero (100.00)
    Button (100.00)
    BB (21.00)
(This was a full table but the other players don't matter.)

Pre-flop: I am dealt :Ac: :As:. I raise to 2.00. Button and BB both call, everyone else folds.

    (Pot = 6.00) Flop: :Tc:

    BB goes all in. Hero..?

Folding is not on the table but I'm not sure between calling and raising, and if I raise, what amount to raise. Stack sizes and this donk's silly overbet made the hand horribly awkward.

Just call and fold if the Button decides to raise.

yah, this is good. Given BB is all-in, button isn't going to bluff raise you.

You guys are really folding if this guy shoves getting almost 2:1 on this board with AA and the nut bd flush draw? I guess it depends if he's aggro awful or passive awful but I like call/call I think.

Zook - I think you're confusing button and BB. BB is already all in here, button (yet to act) is the TAgg.

Don't need to raise. Calling shows enormous strength, if you get raised, you can safely fold.

snapcall, then fold to a raise
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

yeah, with you having the ace of clubs that also lowers the amount of drawing hands he could have

Right. The lesson, as always - I'm an idiot. I put in a raise (why?) and then felt obligated to felt with the button, knowing I was beat but feeling the huge pot was too much to get away from. His tens were goot. This was pretty far from my shining hour.

remember two things: 1)calling this overbet itself looks really strong, so don't expect the tagg to spazz out with many worse hands.
    2) If the tagg overcalls the flop with some draw that he thinks he's priced in with, its not the end of the world. you don't really have to worry about him bluffing you on later streets. The main pot is protected by the all in and there is no side pot.

Thanks - these are things I should know backward and forward by now, but in the heat of battle I just lost sight of that stuff. Mainly I should have realized that just calling the all in was strong enough without putting in a raise - that's just spew, even though my hand is strong.
