FPS w AA in 3-bet pot

This river spot has really been bothering me. Villain is slaggy 29/18/3 ish over a decent sample. I have no reason to think he’s particularly good, but we have no spewy history together.

I 4-bet this preflop like 95% of the time (esp here 150bb's deep) but from time to time I like to try to get thinking or semi-thinking villains to spew into me by representing a hand like AQs, JJ-99 (even though I’d pretty much never play those hands this way lol!).

Hate pre-flop oop, don't even love it ip 150bb deep. As played I don't think it matters much but I c/c.
