Raise more preflop. And weird spot. With his stats what have you seen him limp with? His preflop play is odd, but yeah fold to his flop raise I think.

i like bet folding the flop. preflop is fine, why would he raise to more than 6x?

    Pf fine, B/F flop.

Think about his limp calling range -- PP's, Sc's, at best you are up against pair+draw
his limp/call range is hit hard

    Should we be c/c-ing hands?
If so, what's the best hand we're doing it with?

In the heat of the moment I probably b/s this myself as well. My thinking would be: we have blockers to some of villains (combo)draws and we have some outs when we're behind. There are so much possible draws out there.

But on the other hand, we're never far ahead when all the money goes in, so if others say b/f I guess that's probably best.
It feels like with the blockers and a decent hand I don't want to fold.

c/c seems pretty silly to me.

Why? We have a goodish hand and that flop hit his range flat in the chest.

I'm going to think hard about your comments in this thread (b/f QQ, might c/c JJ.), because you're probably right and I don't understand it yet.

What's the worst made hand you b/shove?

by his stats, i'm expecting him to play his cards face up, even this short handed. the question is how often is he 3 betting with draws? if he doesn't very often, i think b/folding is good. but if he's aggressive with his draws, then wouldn't c/c'ing be better, as we're limiting the size of the pot on the turn, as well as getting another semi-bluff on that street from him a high % of the time?

B/c JJ has 8-10 outs against hands we're behind, as opposed to QQ only having 4-6 outs (vs sets at least)?

just think more about his hand and less about yours

ask yourself, when villain limp calls what is his range? What can we possibly get value from? Are we ever ahead if he raises, if so to what, and what % are we actually ahead?
