    Default 89s All In

Live poker hand, 7 or 8 handed. Tried to make it look like a real HH.

$1/2 NL. Techno is on the button, TAGG is in the BB, and Nit is in 2nd position after the blinds. Techno picks up 9c 8c, a little more than $120 behind.

Blinds post $1 and $2, 1 fold, Nit limps for $2, folds around, Techno raises to $7, SB Folds, TAGG raises to $15, Nit calls $13 more, Techno calls $8 more.

Flop comes 5c 7c Kd, Pot is $46
TAGG checks, Nit Checks, Techno Bets $40 straight, TAGG calls, Nit raises to $120, Techno raises All In, TAGG Raises All In, Nit Calls All In

    Turn 8h

    River As

    Results:
TAGG shows AcKh, Nit Shows AdKs, Techno goes home broke.

How did I do? Major decisions in bold.

    $120 behind? limp behind
because you're not going to hit the flop as hard as you did with that hand

but yeah, you had sick equity and post-flop is fine

Even if it was just the nit you'd be getting just over breakeven odds if he raised and flipped KsKh

Didn't think you'd have as much equity as you did. Download PokerStove, it's free and you can evaluate hands, and your hand vs a range.

That being said, check behind flop. You have two tight players who have shown they like their hand a lot. Don't raise pre this vs a nit.

    And, don't post results.

Iso is marginal but ok on the button imo. Depends how often you think the blinds are coming along and how bad the nit is postflop, limp would also be ok. Raise pre a little more to give yourself more fold equity, I like your line, if they call your flop bet just check behind on the turn. You're very rarely getting it in far behind here - only if nit has Ac draw and tag has a good made hand.

bring more than 60bb to a poker game.
    "40$ straight" was funny though.
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I was running bad off of a $200 buyin

I was mostly worried about AKc-AJc, and I think I heavily overestimated my draw.

sc is not good enough to see a flop or steal the pot with when you only have $120 behind. Postflop play is ok given your fold equity combined with your pot equity against their range.
