Default 2/4 - Facing river overbet from lagg

Villain is 29/25/5.5 and 3bets 9.5% over 2k hands. We've been battling a fair amount at this table, 3betting each other a lot. He seems competent, definitely capable of bluffs, but not maniacal.

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $4.00 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Hero (MP) ($716.40)
    CO ($78)
    Button ($1773.60)
    SB ($580.90)
    BB ($373.50)
    UTG ($431.50)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A, 10
1 fold, Hero raises to $14, 2 folds, SB raises to $54, 1 fold, Hero calls $40

    Flop: ($112) 10, J, Q (3 players)
SB bets $77, Hero calls $77

    Turn: ($266) 6 (3 players)
    SB checks, Hero checks

    River: ($266) K (3 players)
    SB bets $449.90 (All-In), Hero...

fold, a10,aj and aq are all squarly in your range and he knows that, thus he wouldnt go crazy on this river with a bluff, at best your splitting, and if he did have the str8 hed probably just bet 180 or something, this overbet shove looks like a flush most of the time.

I would fold as I would take villain's line with a flush knowing the opponent has an Ace.

Ugh im gonna have to say fold, I think you can really show up with AA, AQ, AJ, and AT here, and your hand even kind of looks like AJ/AT.

ATOT hit in on the head. Although I'd recommend folding preflop here depending on your MP raising range, which im betting is tight.

Assuming villain is bluffing, isnt he expecting us to fold Ax hands here? I dont think he'll bluff if he thinks we will call with just the straight since its such a huge part of our range.
gabe: Ive dropped almost 100k in the past 35 days.

    Whats your image zook?

I think this is a fold and a pretty cool line by villain imo. If he is bluffing here he's not bluffing enough of the time for your call to be profitable.

I'd also muck this preflop even in position. I don't think it plays well enough vs his range. I guess it could close because of the amount you guys have been battling, but I'd pick a different hand to defend with.

flattin ur 4bets, makin u tilt
i dont think we are ever winning the whole pot. If he is playing for fold equity it would be with an AhX hand. i fold it

My image is laggy and floaty with this villain. I understand why some of you say fold pre... but against light 3bettors (9%+) I like to flat a lot with aces ip b/c you always win at least a cbet when an ace hits and so many villains don't follow through. Plus there are worse aces (suited) in this guy's 3betting range.

I agree with nuts (and others) that I'm calling for a split here. I thought his turn check discounted a flush though since it would be an attractive 2nd barrel card. Maybe he was going for a c/r though.

This was what made me think call at first but on second thoughts it's quite possible that he decides not to barrel a FD just because that flop hits your range pretty hard and he might not have much FE. Either that or he could be going for a c/r as you said. For these reasons I think folding the river is best.
