Default overpair + 4 flush draw 3 bet pot 400nl

Villain is an aggressive regular running 28/25. I have seen him play higher however I don't really have any history with him that I'm aware of. He probably views me as aggressive as well.

Is the turn a bet and if so what do I do now?

You love getting into tough spots don't you? This is sick and I probably fold this one too but I don't know.
Flopping quads and boats like its my job

I definitely bet this turn. And his value c/r range is sooo narrow here that I call. I think he can have a poorly played JJ/TT here as well as flopped flushes and the odd 9.

I call this, mostly because of what zook here, that his value c/r range is so narrow.

He's clearly trying to rep 9x here, so thats good for him. The fact is that a lot of the time he might lead turn with 9x.. expecting you to check back a lot and he prob doesn't wanna give free cards.

    I don't buy it. I bet/c here.

I like checking the flop more than betting.

As cbet went, idk if I bet turn or not, I'm on the fence about it so I say bet. NOW for calling the raise, Idk this seems so odd to me! I'm going to say fold but I think I'd expect 9x most of the time we're beat.

I would never bet flop +turn unless it was with the intent to call a shove.
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

So if I check the flop is c/c c/c the way to go?
